Hurricane Rafael To Move West Over Central Gulf Of Mexico

Kansas City, November 7 (World Weather Inc.) – Hurricane Rafael passed over western Cuba as a weak Category Three storm Wednesday. The system was over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico this morning and will move to the west over the next few days. The system may slowly weaken Friday into the weekend and a turn to the southwest is possible. The odds of this storm impacting U.S. crop areas seems to be diminishing, but it could bring some moisture and breezy conditions to the east coast of Mexico next week. The system needs to be closely monitored for possible changes, though.
